Suzuki 140

Hi
I have been offered a Suzuki 140 from the late 80's apparently a piston is holed, is it a financially viable project to repair, and is it cheaper to buy parts in the uk or usa. Just new to the site. Bought my first boat at the start of the year a fletcher with 3.0l mercruiser, cant wait until next year to get the kids up on their ski's.

If block is damaged it could end up costing more than engines worth, ie rebore, piston, rings, bearings, gasket set and maybe cylinder head
