Yes Cheers, I knew someone suggested something similar, cheers

Well hada great day out on the boat, went out twice, 6.30 with my mate and took my wife and parents out in the evening back just before the light was going. Motor and tell tale ran great.

I posted some more pic's in my general thread if you want to look?

The idea of putting the tank up front was to balance the boat, my father suggested adding an inline fuel pump and I thought if I added a switch I could do away with the bulb?

Is it worth carrying both in the bow (one spare 22l main 24l) or running one at each end?

The problem with running fuel tanks in any place other than the centre of gravity is that it changes the balance as you use fuel - every boat is different with engine heights, props, and internal layouts all adding to the difference.

The best idea would be to try the tanks in different positions in the range of conditions you expect to go out in and ask other Marshan owners about their setup.
