testfit chopper prop NOK

Hello everyone,

I testfitted my new chopper 26P prop yesterday and there seems to be a small problem.

The thrustwasher at the back is a Yamaha shaft original so must be OK.
However at the front the shaft protrudes the bush too much (see picture).
I can’t use my flo torque washer as it rests against the splined shaft in stead of the prop. (see picture)
I guess I don’t have the correct washer or locking tab ring that goes with this chopper prop (big ear Quicksilver 48 13370 A5 26p)

What’s the solution to this ? Anyone have the correct partnumber for this ?
In the meantime I have made my own washer to make it fit so I can use my propnut and cotterpin.

Thanks,
T.

diameter hole : 4mm
center distance to end af shaft : 9mm
center distance to top face installed thrustwasher : 132mm

accuracy : 1mm and probably more accurate than that

3rd measurment could be more important as I don't know if every shaft (merc, yam) has the exact same length.
Will post pic later with the 4 and 9mm distances...

I have the same prop. The hub sits on the trust washer but the prop doesnt.

I always thought that the hub and prop both should contact the thrust washer?

Many thanks!
