Trim & Tilt Problems

I have a Broom 17ft with Mercruiser 3ltr engine & leg ,the leg will lift ok on the hydraulics but wont go down again on the button, the pump is running when the button is pressed but no movement , anybody got any ideas

did u take off the hydraulic line to see if there is any flow ? thast where i would start !
