If you were to chop the throttle back the gasket will be drawn into the exhaust flow with the scavange draft and water will enter # 5 & #6.. The base gasket does not need to be cut? I placed it on the tuner and its the same size as the print left by the exhaust.
So what your saying is if I mill that part of the tuner the exhaust will suck up water due the gasket giving way?
