Tuning a 175 hp Mariner to 200/220 hp?!

Hi there,

Just wondering if anybody knows whether or not you can tune a Mariner 175 hp Ski back up to 200/220 hp as my old man seems to think you can?!!? If it is possible can you just simply upgrade/change the ECU – if not what’s involved and cost!!??

Many thanks,

Tom

What is it? 2.5, optimax

To be honest, it will probably be cheaper and more effective to sell the 175 and buy a bigger motor, dont see the point in modifying motors when there are bigger available unless your trying to fit a specific CC for racing
