Which battery

As some of you may have seen I got the Marshan out of the workshop today, great, not so great was it didnt start once in the water, battery problem I recon since all the tilt and trim goes. Dont think the solar trickle charge gave it enough for a strong spark, just flooded.

Still only 300 yrds to the workshop from the slipway so back in.

I use a numex XV24MF 1000MCA which I think is a boat/leisure battery in my truck (has a winch you see) Its an amazing battery is another one overkill for the boat (got a halfords car battery in it at the momnet) OR due you guys recomend something.

It will run the motor tilt/trim and fishfinder maybe other bits in the future.

Just glad it didnt die when we were right out!

Cheers all, great to get help on the tilt and trim and this as a newbie, glad I joined up.
