winterizing for short a time.

Hi Guys

Is it any point in winterizing an outboard if i intend to use it in a months time?

Not really. Just keep it trimmed down so all the water can drain out of the powerhead & gearcases. It's also pretty warm at the mo.

Flush First & Drain float Chambers if applic, try to keep any damp off the thing. tend to get a bit of condensation sometimes

Our kids were building snowmen on Saturday night, its fecking freezing ere -2 at the mo.
