With the bottom of the ram hitting the transom it looks like either

a/ The bush in the leg at the top is worn.
b/ The pin its self is worn
c/ The top of the ram is worn

What ever it is its a pain getting that ram out if it has not been taken out before. If you step the saddle away from the transom it will only get worse and could end up in total failure.

BIG thanks for help guys

I think that hydraulics will push the engine higher and this contact will not stop it but.... when I was trying to lift engine manualy by my hands to replace broken oil line I couldn't do it because of this contact

I'm buying new oil line tomorow and I will tell you if it work.

Thanks again.

I'm with Orange formerly Wanadoo formerly Freeserve. Over the years they have upgraded their service from 512K to 1 meg to 2 meg and now they have upto 8 meg. Each time they upgraded they didn't bother to tell me or upgrade me they just let me pay over the odds for an out of date service. Each time when I noticed they had a better service than I was on I had to phone them up and get them to upgrade me. When they upgraded to the 'upto 8 meg' service they told me as soon as it was available in my area they would let me know and upgrade me. 11 months later I discover that the 'upto 8 meg' service has been available on my exchange for 6 months. Phone call to Orange, upgrade, now getting about 6.5 megs. Last week I recieved an email from Orange entitled 'Even faster Orange Broadband for free' stating:

Hello
Great news. We're making some changes that could mean we can speed up your broadband service - for free!

We're going to complete your upgrade on 14/05/2007 at some point between 8am and 6pm. It'll only take about half an hour, but during that time you won't be able to get online.

So, how feckin come it just took me 18 feckin minutes to downloads that 60 meg file, where previosly it took me about 80 seconds? Another feckin phone call to their 0870 number

Yup it's awesome - NTL have got some serious DNS and proxy probs though.

nott-cache-1.server.ntli.net port 8080

This often helps if you are on with NTL.

I think that Mr. Murphy loves me very much

Fuel pump broke down. Unfortunetly it isn't rebuildable as my mechanic said
I have to buy another one but I don't know what pressure should it be?
Manual says that 6psi (about 0,5 bar). Smalest pressure I could found is 1,4 bar so 20+psi.

Will it work??

Mercury in Poland don't have fuel pumps for this engine and I would have to wait couple to import it from US. Now when my boat is ready and I WANT TO RIDE
