Newbie here

Hi, newbies here from Norway
Awesome site, love the movies and pics, and the interesting discussions.
My borther and I are going to be racing a Argo cat 17 with a yamaha 90 for the 2006 seson,3B, will post pictures of our boat and car soon.....
Can`t wait for the summer.

Here`s a link I haven`t seen posted here yet, It`s a Argo cat 3C 2l boat. Apparently the steering broke :
Picked the movie off batracing.no :

Hi french phil, what is your setup on the argo?
speed etc? do u use a lift? what kind of props?

this our 2nd argo, sold the previous one right before last summer, the new owner ran it 72knots with a yamaha 90 before flipping it...! a couple of weeks ago... after a loooot of rigging.....

Have you thought about changing the windshield to the newer ones ?

CR, I don't race but I'm trying to get 70mph out of it. 56 mph so far but with a shot piston & sleave. I have a CNC hydro jackplate , hydro steering and a Ron Hill chopper pitch/diam unknown. Got to get me a yamaha 24 drag prop this spring. If that doesn't do it a 26 or 28 cleaver although on the Seine near Paris the speed is limited to 20 kph ...

Cheers

Can you ask your Government to stop sending me speeding and toll road fines.

It is my old boat...It is a one off 24 Argo
It had the swedish sem hydraulic steering that apparently has it weak points
