Hopefully we will be having a poodle along but finding it difficult at the moment to find space to fit the BBQ and flask of coffee!! There just aint the room in these poxy winged things.

Got mine via Email from Hazel today. Also they are available from the RYA website. Newsletter also available from RYA which has the provisional calendar, looks like August will be a busy month with three weekends racing on the trot!!!

I think I may seriously drop Cowes this year, especially as it is the last of the three. Dont want to fork out a fortune to go there again and run the risk of not having a boat to race, owing to possibly sustaining damage at Littlehampton the week before. My other half regularly asks me who I am cos with working away she forgets what I look like, so after 3 weeks away she would probably lock me out!!

I hate the water at cowes! What would happen to ya points re the championship if ya skipped it though?

I used to love Cowes. second only to Guernsey.
Agree, the water is challenging, but great all the same.
I would add though, that I've never raced as a driver in Guernsey, only as a on board engineer.
