Does anyone know why negotiator won't be racing in Montenegro or Russia?

you are right he did roll it in the recent race think it was a month ago, it was announced in the report after the race (on the class-1 website) and on his website, maybe he hasn't got it fixed yet or waiting on some parts

Its all fixed again now, no where near as bad as last time but still all mechnicals had to be rebuilt, boat rewired etc. They should have left for the next race last wednesday but decided not to go, I do know why but not sure if its common knowledge
