Race Training

All clubs appoint and submit the name of their Club Training Officer to the RYA to oversee their race training programmes at the start of the season and have a copy of PB3 - the RYA's Race Training Manual which they run to.

Rules A1 and A2 attached from PB1 for reference. There are further references in Section B - Licences.

Hope this helps.

Yes, good boats entered, but where are C7 Barwood, Hot Lemon (Rib) & the Norwegiens from last year I wonder.
It would also be nice to see the Big grey Buzzi Rib racing again - one can but hope !

30 boats in the two races though, maybe we should not be too greedy !

I quite agree - better still if a few more entries roll in.
I understand that the CLASSIC RALLY, also in CYH will have a grand entry, so all in one place, race boats & rally ex-race boats & similar.
Its all sounding great - lets hope for fair weather !

Well I may well have broken down before getting over the start line but all I can say is bloody brilliant weekend.

A good few people got Guernsied by the mob that turned up to officiate, race and support!

Big Thumbs up to Malc in his first race, have a feeling we will see you out again eh mate.

And commiserations to Chaos with a sterling effort culminating in a rather large bag of engine bits.
