Endurance Racing in foreign parts

Had a message from PhatFrank of Goldfish fame. His mob are running a race next year from Oslo (norway) to Marstrand, (Sweden).

He seemed to think it would be a no-goer for any UK teams, but I reckon it'd be a blast. Looks to be about 200-ish miles. Not sure of dates etc, but have asked Nick and he hasn't dismissed it out of hand, so who knows.

Are there any other Brit teams that would consider a trip like that for an endurance race? ... Markus? (ok, partly brit) Drew? , Johnny Caulcutt? Dorian? Dean?

Just a thought.

Good stuff, Jon! I'll post more info when we set the dates, but I'm guessing late July or early August. It is a wonderful venue with some very nice scenery. Navigating is a loooooot different than UK waters with a lot of islands and narrow channels, although the beer is more costly

If any UK teams are interested we'll gladly reduce the entry fee to compensate for travelling expenses.
