I like to read that because the author has done something a little "more historic".

Last pilot to fly Concorde into Heathrow.

Talking about historic, The 1978 "Bounty Hunter" has been fully restored and is up and running again. Looking at Boatmads Media section and GS (Flying Fish) old pics, she hasn't changed a bit. Just a couple of nice big engines in now and apparently running fast and sweet. Boat design above the water line hasn't changed much in 30 years and she looks as good as anything running to day, IMHO.

That pic was taken at Key West I believe, did the owner really take her from the Med all the way to the Keys just to watch the Powerboat festival or is it's days in the Med over now it has a new home in the USA

Doesn't the FGT get an honorary life membership? Looks like the significance of Boatmad to this revival has been overlooked again!

Well, the rules we're working on are for international Marathon races, and will be set for at least 3 years, hopefully 5.

We will be speaking with them about national & basic too. for the smaller boats that don't meet the pukka rules.

Going by that statement, Boatmad is fatherless, which means RIBnet must be it's Mother! Now that's funny.
