The reason we decided to do a mini marathons was due to driver request and input as the wanted there boats to be "usable" in between big events.
This now means no LMC because there is no way any competitor could afford to do marathons back to back.

I am not saying that I will be involved. Indeed, Jules would probably leave me if I did! I would like to have a life doing other stuff and two years with the RB08 is enough for any man. However, I can't stop others wishing to do something if they feel like it. I am sure that we can talk this through with Peter over a coffee or something at Gunwharf. I am also sure that he would hate to be instrumental in stopping you doing the LMC. Jaw Jaw is better than War War I think Churchill said!
