I can understand the reason for doing it at a Honda race - "drown out" the noise of those engines.

I'll go along with that although "water" seemed to be bad luck for me this weekend

First was the landrover water pump falling to bits as we crossed Looe bridge (Thanks to Jamie for the lift to get the pump and Alistair for arranging it)
Second was a good soaking from V8 ... Cheers Dave
Thirdly returning home to find the water tank in the loft leaking and Breanna's bedroom with a very wet floor

was still a very enjoyable weekend ... roll on Torquay !
