It says under teams class E

"They also built one of their competitors boats in Marathon E Class Swipewipes for Nick Gilley and Jon Fuller"

I think "laid up hull and deck to Steve Baker's schedule" is more accurate, then put together by Nick and Jon with some last minute help from Chaos, Matt and TD to get to the RB08 start line.
