... does it mean the teams have got together and decided to race at venues they can come to some agreement with here or overseas, would be great if one was in the UK, although I realise we have the ever growing marathon series with some really interesting boats entering but it is not so spectator friendly, although hopefully with the teams commentary's and video posting's it will not be totally hidden from the spectators point of view
Yes I do know what it means and I wasn't aware it was meant to be public knowledge! As I think I mentioned, a lot of people spent the whole of Easter trying to put together a rescue package - it needs P1's co-operation for the gear and it needs the co-operation of the venues and other teams, so I would imagine to get to Yalta they would have to put if off for a week or two, but there are a lot of people with a lot of money invested in this series, some of which have been trying to explain to sponsors how they are going to give them value for money!

I heard yesterday of a European team that has invested 1/2 million Euros of a sponsors money in a new P1 boat for this season - try explaining that without looking like a complete plonker!

Sorry Cookee I was unaware it was not intended for general discussion, I hope all this now being out in the public domain ie ... ( not originally posted by me) does not effect the hard work people are no doubt putting in to get things up and going again

LOL, you are absolutley correct.

I wish everybody could just race together..not make nonsense rules about BS and build classes for boats....

HP/WEIGHT ( P1 ) was the only and best rule ever......now u could add single and twin ..and just leave it right there.

Allow boats open or closed cockpits from 24-42 feet and LETS GO RACING !!!

But nobody listens !!????
