Not anymore, that 'problem' has gone away.
Its not such an issue in the bigger seas anyway. Be assured you will see some proper racing.

Live reports of Zeebrugge racing P1 weekend on FOR website
From Thursday evening, 6 Sept. we will continiously feed the latest news and competition information on this website ( Racing Zeebrugge - Live) On our website we will especially concentrate on reporting all relevant issues of Powerboat P1. We plan extensive slideshows and videofeeds to document the live athmosphere and news facts.
Alternatively and additionally there will be also reports on the website of BMC-Brugge Marine Center. BMC supports Powerboat P1 organizer teams providing an extensive fleet of more than 20 offshore Ribs for medical/rescue assistance, racing security, etc.
BMC-website will especially concentrate on detailed information not only Powerboat P1, but also 3rd Belgian Offshore Challenge. Please check

About 20 secs in the end I think ... were further ahead but took it easy on the last lap as we had blown a manifold gasket ... sounded like the wheel tappers and shunters club in the back!!

looked through the photos on the P1 site, on the radio they said it was calm but the boats did a lot of leaping around in the photos, it must of been a good swell out there I would assume making things difficult, is the Sif CUV the ex Follett cars CUV or one of the many in Italy
