Think that was about 03, was in a P16 with Suzuki, "One Off the Wrist"......?

One off the wrist was my mate's boat! Mark porter aka "weasel" to his mates was owner driver and chris colclough was the nav! he broke a part of his spine/neck but is ok now! dont think it was in ramsgate? Prob poole?

Yeh that one was definitely poole, Dad and uncle were around 5th in the P21, but then they stopped the race cos somene came out of a big rib....

That's a K-Class boat, 007. Don't remember a neck/spinal injury in that class in 2003.

might of been jake or me who both hurt our necks and ending up on stretchers, jakes being alot worse than mine because he couldnt even get out of the boat.

Might be when guy called Scottie John in OCR cracked a vertabrae was most likely done at Poole but came to a head (forgive the pun) when during the following weekend we raced ramsgate and 4 crews ended up at the chiropractors. he ended up in hospital the following week and xrays confirmed.

Sam Robinson from X24 was also taken away in an Ambulance after we stuffed the boat when OCR raced Ramsgate 2003 (I hate racing in Ramsgate now,I cry )
