RB Place available
Getting married next year and other plans means I can't afford to run my own boat in the RB.

Sorry to hear that you can't take part in RB08, as soon as you said you were going to get married I suspected that might happen. You had better let me know who this guy "Richard" is. He is a very lucky man if you have given your place to him, you could have sold that place ten times over in a few months for GOOD money. There are some big players knocking on the door wanting in!!
