Wasn't their lead about nine mins over Blue FPT?

The tracker on Swipes isn't working so Jon & Nick could be up there somewhere. Or not. Bandit's got no tracking data either.[/QUOTE]

They are out there - somewhere! Last news was they have lost an engine so are travelling very slowly. Can you just imagine what the air around that boat must be like

Oh dear, that's bad news.

Have they looked for it in that big cupboard behind the seats?

I notice that wettpunkt.com and Team Jersey seem to be on the road.... I assume this is part of the plan and they're not going along the Caledonian Canal?

In MBY are they referring to Silverline just ticking over at 92 mph if so seems very unrealistic as they don't reach 90 mph in P1 let alone with a higher fuel payload assume he is getting confused with knots and mph and means 80mph, but anyway well done to Silverline I assume it's them and team Bandit in the running for their class honors

I think that anyone with road transport will be avoiding the canal.

Lots of places that really should know better have just been quoting the frankly ludicrous speeds that Marinetrack has been giving out. Anyone with half an ounce of clue should be able to work out that these speeds aren't real. Even a Searay speedo would blush!

They have a spare engine - and now they've got 2 days to work on the boat which is good timing.

Looking at the results they only lost an hour today. Could have been a whole load worse.
