Shortage of Navigators/Navigator Wanted

With what appears to be a increasing problem is there any thoughts of changing some of the classes to single person.I think this could work with the shorter OCR courses where navigating is not required with the role of the passenger being more an observer.I know the reason's for the required training but I do think this is having a negative affect on the available navigators or is it the medical requirements ?.I have only raised this as I am finding it difficult to secure a regular navigator and I know several others are finding the same.It does cause problems when trying to plan a race calender and with the cost of travelling to events plus the entry fee its to much to risk to then not find a navigator.I could do with a list of potential navigators(with License or trained) .If anyone is available for the forthcoming events could they please contact me.I would appreciate some contribution towards fuel or entry fee, please Call Nic 07811 147815 or e mail nicsurry@sytner.co.uk
