Well, this was for extreme services to 'wind up DS' which Phil has proved to be one of the best at. It was won hands down this weekend for claiming to have the 'golden E1500' engine which is a 1 in 1000 chance of having that could out perform all others in class!!!! I think we know where thats was goin??
We might even get a photo too......

True, however, I think the owner will be awarding it to whoever does the best wind up at future events so it may not be an exclusive to Phil
Though have to admit he's pretty good at it, well done Phil........got any more leaks???

I believe our illustrious leader John Puddifoot was behind the wheel of E12 , which I find a bit strange, as he'd previously been against it as a national class, but was prepared to let them run as experimental!

well briefly:
tight course approx 60-65mph ish
the required 3 E1500s E10, E12 & E15
Jake, Phil & JP/Tom M-S drivin
Nic n Andy OCR and Sam W E900
Ben P, Ben K & Sam T F400
4 races each day and an average E1500/OCR 1 min 12 seconds to get round normal circuit course not full lake, so you who do maths can work the approx speeds out.
F400s lappin a shorten course at approx 48 seconds a lap
Great weekend and a big thanks to all those who raced and provided the support including Mell and the Stewartby team, well done

I had a great time last weekend. Was a real laugh and a great learning experience. Was really happy with my lap times of 1.07 and was very impressed with the little Phantom.
I will be back for more...just need to add some waves next time!
Tempted to get myself a boat...
Thanks to everyone involved, all a great bunch of guys.

Hi Tom glad you enjoyed the weekend and well done for keeping the boat the right way up
You were one of 8 new people experiencing our racing over the weekend and hope to see you in Conway on the 20/21 this month.
I would suggest you use the UKFFORC group on Facebook for your pics and we'll sort a disc out for Conway as the files are a bit big for here/email.
I'd book E12 for Wales if I were you, then you know you can get out there again.
Cheers
