Personally I think the Cork 300 is an amazing challenge for any offshore powerboat team who wants to take part in a long distance endurance race running out to the Fastnet Rock in the Irish Sea. Two races in one day! 1st Race 136 miles out to the Fastnet. 2nd Race 65nm along the southern Irish coastline! This is the type of challenge we used to drool over in the old days.
