Training required before race

There are different rules for classes of boats requiring training before racing. For example, you do not need training to race Class III 2 litre, but you do for V24.

Training is required for Class I, Class III 6 litre, P1, Provee, RIB Open, all the K classes and V24

Training is not required for Class iii 2 litre, Classics, Hotboats, Honda Series, OCR classes, ( E9000 ), RIB F1, Thundercat, Thunder Duck or Zapcat.

Any enclosed cockpit boat requires an imersion test every 14 months for all crew.

Would have been better if it had gone into that thread in place of starting a new one, but that is my mouse for you...
