bit late

Hello,im not sure if you ever got this problem solved,i may be able to help but i need a few details,i presume you have an old VHS tape that you want converting for DVD/PC use, there are a few processes you can use to improve the quality with post conversion rendering such as contrast, edge sharpening, colour fade correction,a lot depends on the condition of the tape to start with as these tend to stretch and deform over a few years.

Hello Bob,the problem with phone cams and minicams is a combination of frame rate, lack of pixels and small resolutions, when you view them full screen they make 240p look good,i take it you have transferred the video to PC already?

You need to jump in the Tardice, and go back & shoot it on a proper camera.
You've been watching too much Bond / Bourne.

You can't make a silk purse out of a Sow's ear.

You'll be able to adjust / improve contrast, & colour, and 'maybe' sharpen it a bit, but you can't add detail that isn't there in the first place.
