BOATMAD Karting Day, 13th January 2007

Right boys & girls, the Boatmad Karting Day..................

13th January 2007

Will be held at :

Daytona Milton Keynes
H4 Dansteed Way
Rooksley
Milton Keynes
MK13 8NP

Karts are twin engined 75mph

Format for the day will be as follows:

11am.................arrive at daytona milton keynes

There will be a practice session

then a qualifying session

There will then follow 2 races (30 minutes each)of 15 drivers, the top 15 of both races will go into the finals!

The finals will be a 20 minute race to the end.........

all this lasts for approx 3 hours.

Cost for event is £69 per person

Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd &3rd places overall, other prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd ladies!

There is a "race" menu available on the day if we would like, i will only book this if everyone will have it @ £10 per head......

House relish and crisp salad.

Lightly Toasted Ciabatta bread with sauté potatoes &
Unlimited Tea & Coffee & Draught Soft Drinks

Penne Pasta Bolognaise
With Cheesy Garlic Bread, Dressed Salad & Parmesan Shavings
Unlimited Tea & Coffee & Draught Soft Drinks

Tomato and Mascarpone Cheese
With Pasta Spirals, fresh Herbs, Cheesy Garlic Bread & Dressed Salad
Unlimited Tea & Coffee & Draught Soft Drinks

(Group Choice only not Multi choice menu Same menu all drivers)

Sounds like a fantastic idea - as an ex kart racer and powerboat racer (still just about current) I should be able to think up some quite good excuses should I need any - but are we going to stay in the area and have an evening "do" or is everyone going to piss off home afterwards?
