I think we have said this before but DGS and I are in with the Ring 25. Will there be a prize for us two old age pensioners who can wop most of the boats out there?

The Drivers/Boatmad Poker Run is now only weeks away. We have very few confirmed entries and need more to make it worth putting on this event. You can down load the entry form and the rules and regulations here. Please fill out the entry form and e mail it to mail@dryberthing.com or send it to Drivers Dry Berthing as soon as you can with your £50 deposit.

We have just heard that the local BBC radio station is going to take part in the Poker Run and will have a reporter spending the day and evening with us. He wants to go on as many different boats as possible and is talking about changing boats at each leg to get an idea of the type and variety of people and boats that take part. Please could anyone who would be interested in giving the reporter a ride please let me know. There will be two radio shows on consecutive weeks with reports and interviews from the Poker Run or so we have been told.

I can't believe you just admitted that. It could have at least been a meeting to see a man about a wooden boat (...

Poker Run Cancelled!!!

Due to a lack of confirmed entries and only 4 Deposits recieved we have had to take the decision to cancel the PR as it is just not viable to run.

Those who sent in deposits thank you and they will be returned today.

Anyone still wanting to go boating at the weekend will be offering a launch recovery for £40 Inc Vat for Powerboat club members and those who sent in deposits.

We are sorry for any dissapointment, maybe next year!
