Summer days out

Well....as i fancy having another day outlike a few of us had at the end of last year i have thought about a possible route that would be good for a small boat poker run type event.

The Idea would be, From Eastney/ Hayling.- Gunwharf quay- cowes Rhyde- Priory bay- west witterings and back to Eastney. covering approx 40 miles.

If not much happens on a social level this year who fancies having a fun run and day out?? Bring your picnic etc.Be a nice weekend that the family could come too. if the weather is nice the obviously we could go further on in the Solent. or stretch it out to 60-70 miles.

I think that may be the best way to do it Paul. It will only end in hassle and agro otherwise!!

Just as much fun to bring along a few disposable BBQs and hit the witterings again.

We arrive in Portsmouth on the 30th of June and leave on the last leg of our round Britain Charity Challenge on the 1st of July for Salcombe - it would be great to have some company for the start!
