Nice looking engine, but just curious:

" Is this a parts motor ? Assembled with parts from many different engines "

Unlike your motors this is all original apart from new bearings, rings, reeds, 2 injectors and a gasket set .

Now you being an expert who builds zillions of efi's {your words not mine } woud you call my engine a parts motor ??

me an' all! If you dish it out you gotta be prepared to take the odd dig in the ribs too no?

On the Alien cowl front, isnt it to do with the shape and the fact that they (very vaguely) resemble the shape of an Aliens head!

WEBSTER defines JEALOUSY as: 1. Fearful or wary of being supplanted
(being SHOWN up ) :apprehensive of loss of position or affection. 2. Resentful or bitter in rivalry: envious, feelings concerned with feelings of ENVY , apprehension , feeling of INADEQUACY ...

If ya dish it out be ready to MAN UP and take it without the "CHIN MUSIC" after the fact when it come back at ya. Thats the sign of someone with true class or the lack there of..I had a motor for sale post on this forum and you came on and tried to make a mockery of it now that " the chickens came home to roost " you get pissed, most have short memories it also seems like just in reading your posts your quite popular in your "neck of the woods" as a seller

BTW: last month one of those pieced together JSRE POS engines WON the largest most popular, and competitive rope race event in the states and another was # 1 qualifier and had been #1 for the previous 3 races in a row and both had been built and ran for a complete year as this was the last race of the season , pretty good for pieced together engines I'd say ,that is no brag just the facts...

Have a very nice day...
Good luck selling your engine...

WTF ??.

Jay you may be a legend in your own mind on Scream and Fly where you pay to advertise and any bad comments are removed ... I go on several American forums and it would seem you may not be as good as you think .

Taken from Byuboyz

" Don't feel bad, S&F loves to ban people. Jay Smith is most likely not here because many people here know more about boating than he does. He can't find any pigions here.

The truth is, Jay is a hell of a motor builder, he can take a stock drag motor work his magic on it and it will turn 800 LESS RPM than when he started.! "

And

So what would it take to convince Greg? For everyone that legitamately has been shafted by JSRE to come forth and comment? I personally have bought 11 blocks/motors that he built (ground on, puttied, etc.) that are "bad experiences" for his customers. These customers don't want to get banned from S&F for saying anything bad about Jay, so they bite the bullet and cut their loses, sell their junk and buy a stock 280 with a warranty, move on, and no one ever hears the truth about what Jay did (or didn't do).

Yep thats why I build 2-3 a week ....I produce bad engines all the time thats the reason I do that many and have a 2-3 months waiting period.

Does anyone in the English speaking world believe that if I sold a motor and it was bad that people would not raise a concern to ME...Scream and Fly has NOTHING to do with a sale of a JSRE motor to a customer... DUH ! Well I have even sold several motors to people in the UK HUMMM no problem with the engines running or living.. Don't believe me ask around..

Also I got a REAL kick out of the JOKE about someone knowingly bought 11 of my "bad" motors.. he must have liked something about them or this "NASA Engineer" would have only bought one "bad" one not 11, thats TOOOO funny and made ZERO sense ...( well at least it would'nt make sense to someone with an IQ over 35 )

Read between the lines DUDE !
