It wasn't built by Phantom in that year, so it's either not a 2001 boat, or it's not a Phantom build.

which actually makes sense, coz I knew of an 18 called Plum crazy (always loved it) that died at around that time.

As the thread says from Jan 98, RCD (recreational craft directive) HIN system, was used so has to be built before then.
