It's been floating around for a far time on there keeps popping up every 3-4 months, it's meant to be a splash of a Cougar. Looks quick but it's not the nicest looking thing I've seen but heck thats not a Pre–requisite for going quick.
I never got a reply to any questions I sent ages ago so how keen to sell not sure?
Rekon perfect for the Rhien Phantom 20 ?

doesn't look like any Cougar i've seen, reckon there's a lot of people that start these splashing rumours to get some associated Kudos from a well respected designer, Solent ribs being a good example, as I'm really not sure they are a P21 splash at all!
