Sport jet is a 2.5, basically a promax.

Yes that is correct but a Promax is 225 hp And The Sea-Doo jet engine Is 240 with different porting

I'd have thought that the 2 ecus are near identical

Presumably
240hp jet drive measured at the crank
225hp outboard measured at the prop shaft

Talking Here's a couple pictures of the injection

This injection system has not been Under the water just needs a good clean the engine had a Con rod hanging Through the side You may need a few O rings and stuff to pieces back together And a few bolts There is a small Lug broken on the bottom of the vaporiser But nothing which can't be fixed Got to be worth 300 Plus postage call Keith 07886669198
