Do you want it for your 19 phantom and 200 yam ? May be a little too big, what prop do you have and what are the revs w.o.t. on motor. I had a 200 v max on my 19 very light boat . 23 laser 2 6000 revs 76 mph. Hope this helps.

Have 23" laser but revved its guts out and hit the rev limiter all the time.
26" raker revved to 6000 2up but have since stripped out heavy bowtank and associated bits. Boat is basically 2 seats and fueltank, and quite often just use it on my own.

Sound like your getting too much slip. send me your max rpm, pitch , gear box ratio, has the prop still got cuppingon it and boat speed ( gps ) not Mickey mouse speedo. and ill tell you how much slip you have from your prop. Do you have any speedo pick up in water from back of hull which could be making a disturbance in the water I.E. bubble's which are making you prop ventelate. !!!!

Got a 28" pitch Suzuki stainless steel, thru hub prop. Balanced and worked - very quick prop - might let it go.

Will get a photo when next at the workshops

I havent used the phantom for a while. next time the weather is good i`ll take it out and do some measurements. Boat has no speedo, It was over 70mph on gps. Engine standard Yamaha 200A 1989. Jacked up to top hole on standard transom. 26" OMC Raker still cupped.

I'm faily certain that a suzuki prop will not fit a Yam unless it has been rebushed. Suzuki's are omc type spline and yam is the same as merc.
