I know i'm from sunny Scotland and all that, but would take a guess from those photos looks like Lee On Solent hovercraft slip,
The same slip from where i stuffed my 10ft Cougar Cat in 1994 about 100 yards out

I think we still have the photos somewhere.

Yep

Thats definitely lee slipway. Back in the late 80's and early 90's rings phantoms marshans and crusaders used to congregate at the weekends at the lee on solent slipway - nowadays all you see there are wetbikes

Pal of mine had a cougar cub when we were nippers and used to put it in at lee in the mid ninetees. Only had a little mariner 9.9 but still felt fast as fcuk. Always felt like it was gonna flip though especially when going into a head wind was a bit exposed down there as well for such a little boat
