Is it CE'd? Who built it? Is it built for single or twins?

Thanks, Alan

Thumbs up

Nice vector Sterling, you have it all recored? My boat is a 1981 Vking with a 1995 bridgeport EFI. Thinking about a skater type cat but don't want to sell the hydrostream, it's WAY too much fun, just got the hang of driving it last monday, can keep it on the pad for as long as I like now, new best of 92mph.
How fast is the vector? What kind of money you looking for it, with/without engine?

I've heard of rod garcia, not sure if it would be CE'd if you didn't get it done.
Got any more pics of the skater, interior etc.

Alan

My Vector is like brand new,Ive only used it for a couple of times now.
Its almost 3 years old now, best speed is 94 mph with a 30 pitch inline chopper
at 6600 rpm,and 1,78:1 with an xr6 steckbauer lower.
At 70-75 mph it starts chine walking, and if fully aired out it becomes more stable.
The pad is straith ,no wedge .
boat only, I need 3750 GBP including ,cmc jackplate, double cable steering, hotfoot, pro trim, cover, fuel tank.

I have to dig for pics from the catamaran,if not I will take a few new shots.

cheers sterling

My tacho is broken so I havn't worked out the prop slip yet, but I know there's a bit more there. What height are you running the propshaft, I have a CMC manual plate and can't get any higher than an inch below, the cmc's dont have enough lift. Need a new plate or some extensions, then raise it to try some bigger cleavers, best prop yet is a 28" big ear chopper, I have a 28 inline to try still.

Heres a little clip one of the guys in work shot on their phone last week.

Its built in Holland ,+- 3 years ago.
I have about 10 percent slip with a chopper ,and around 12-13 percent with a cleaver, with the cleaver it is more straith with the bow not so high in the air.
I have only tried with a 28 pitch cleaver, but speed was 88-90 mph,and less fun to drive, although it seems to be more stable with the cleaver.

I have also tried a 24 big ear chopper, and thats the reason I mounted the anti ventilate extension plate, because it almost turned over with a full throttle standing start,I had to change my pants first time I tried that.

cheers sterling

Should be OK in a 22ft cat!
Hows that gonna work out on the shaft length or is the 25" OK any prop thoughts with the ratio there using, should throw a hefty monster.
Might be up for a cobra for next year if you take up the range
