Isn't this the one that won the worlds in the 90's?
The name Stewart Little springs to mind?
Or have I just got talking mice on my mind?
And of course it should be "BackDraft".

Not sure what they're like in 1.3 but don't go too bad with an xr2!

Bat boat for sale
Yes you are correct its at Allhallows, i know the 2 fellers they bought it for some basic race fun, but i think life, work and a baby all conspired to end all that. It was originally a successfull boat and is still in good nick, as you say great fun with a bigger motor on the back. Out of curiosity how much HP will they take.

After running with a 200 I'd say a 2.5efi would be ok...
Someone might know official tech spec though....

I raced in that boat with Alan Leyton in 99 and 2000 in 1.3 lt.
Bloody good boat actually, (once we got out of marinas). You would be galactically stupid to put a big motor on it to race with though, if the transom didnt part company, it wouldnt be in the water long enough for the prop to get wet. Built specifically for 1.3.

Of course I din't mean a 2.5 on a 1.3 version,
ours is a heavier lay-up for 2ltr,

To some people, that'd be taken as a challenge.

I tried it with a B22 and you would have to be mental to race one in 2ltr. Even a sane, calm steady plodder like me would not be that crazy.
