I would like to invite all Camber Docks slip way users to support me in a fight for a decent slipway in Portsmouth. on Monday the 8th of June i contacted the Portsmouth news who met me at Camber docks to hear the difficulties we are facing, I explained that we have lost the trailer parking area and also 95% of car parking spaces leaving the slipway unusable.
I have also told them that the only other public slipway in Portsmouth being at Eastney is very poorly maintained and virtually unusable. They are waiting for a response form Portsmouth city council before they run an article in the news regarding the situation.
