Cinzano

Just testing the water really.
As everyone knows she is an iconic boat having won Cowes at least 4 times.
Absolutely on the button, ready to race or could be sold without engines and drives sat in her snug 40ft curtainside trailer.
I think the price is pretty fair actually bearing in mind the cost of the engines and drives.

As the boat is a bit like triggers broom, I would have thought it's previous purchase price is absolutely irrelevant

If my memory serves me well...?? Marcus bought unknowingly a sows ear..... which he has turned into a race winning silk purse..... so it has to be worth a lot more money than he originally paid????? with a not inconsiderable investment? i.e. a complete re- rig and new engines.

I'd have thought the labour cost of rigging/painting/maintenance/race-prep/etc alone would make most mortals eyes water!

In spite of all the above Cinzano is a beautiful boat, whoever gets the privilege of owning her next will be very lucky.

Thank you Marcus for letting us all enjoy the sight and sound of her.

Lottery win or not - Fairly sure we all would love to see Cinzano out on the water again.

Here is some footage of her in the Cowes Torquay Cowes.

P.S. It's Markus not Marcus
