BluFin you know it makes sense you want it !!!!!! What are you going to do with all that spare time you will have on your hands when you have finished your current project. You could be like JF rather than collecting Phantoms you could start a collection of Midas's

So if I sell the TP climbing fame on ebay, move the rib to where the climbing fame was, put the 27 where the rib was. It could fit at the side of the garage. Or if the wendy house went then I could build a long garage to fit both in.
fingers back in ears ....not listening, granny on the bog....granny on the bog.... La la la la......................

If you just put the Wendy house inside the climbing frame that would free up enough space for what........... Oh a Midas cat for instance. If one should ever come up for sale !!!!!!
Looks like a good project boat to me, little bit of upholstery a shifter box and a few cables. A couple of tins of paint, on the water in a couple of weeks. She won't mind that too much. I could use it while I finnish the last thing off. Enjoy driving it, and the Wendy house could be back out of the climbing frame in time for the good weather so won't have the kids on my case to move it out the way. But the question is do I want it ????????????????
My thoughts are with you.
