there are usually a couple on scream and fly at any given time. There is a guy who posts under "tom foley" that had a real clean one with hardly any use (lives in florida, US). Not sure if it is still for sale, but that would be less like russian roulette than ebay.

BTW, I am sure you know this, but you can run standard internals in the cle, it is just not quite as strong. If you found a case, you could build one out or regular 2.5 internals if you wanted to save some money.
