I know naff all about phantoms but that looks like a really old one! 5k would be a little OTT if it wasnt for the 3k's worth of rare mariner 200hp carb'ed engine, you know how hard they are to find!

It's a Mk1 P21, 70's, not 80's. and certainly not 'late 80's! Pretty rare now, good in the slop I believe, but a fair bit slower than the later offerings from Phantom.
Note the P18 style at rear of deck.

The name makes me nervous!

Engine is a 82 or earlier 200hp crankshaft rated motor so 175-180hp in todays money. Not sure what to make of the claimed 207bhp. Interestingly its got the offshore saddle!!!
