First Aid Course

Mmm... I was told Friday? ... ...but being a fully certified Nobba.. wasn't paying too much attention

...is there a "downside" to this course?..

Just spent the day with Dave Manning on this First Aid course with First Wave ribs as a refresher. Have to say he is an excellent Instructor and turned what could have been quite a dry subject into one with interest. Strongly recommended either as a refresher or if you need to pick up some new skills.

Did he do the “rehydrate with sea water using nothing but a short length of fuel hose and a funnel” demonstration….?

Yes he did, certainly brought some colour to Waves cheeks after all those hours in the boiler room of a tug. Just to make it trully realistic we then did it on one of those inflatable thingies in Drivers, aren't they unstable you could easily fall out of one of those. 4 proper seats inside a boat for me please, are you goin the same way too ?
