As the title says, steering system is in good working order and works well. Needs a clean and some of the paintwork touching up.

I need a new SeaStar Outboard (Front Mount)for merc 225 4stroke, as the marine boat yard tell me mine as rusted though, it was ok till one of the staff trimed the engine to high and the bleed valve hit on the top of the transom and split the casing, the tell me a new one from luton is £400 but not sea star looked on acqafax site they look cheap ones , where can I buy the right one or dose any one have one

My advice would be speak to hypro marine in Christchurch or lymington there really good and stock most parts, new I guess a steering ram is around £600, alternatively I do have a brand new sea star steering ram for an inboard that could possibly be used for parts to repair your existing one you can have for £150?

Alternatively if he wanted just the ram, i would be intrested in just the helm and pipes
