They are standard just in case something happens to the engine during 1 race. with two engines the engine could dget damaged in race then be able to race for the next

I would much rather by this boat then a brand new one,its better then brand new in performance,a class one team prepare this boat so the preperation and set up is awesome.

I know the figure that has been spent in preparing this boat and it is as much as buying a second hand semi- good performer.

I bought new last year and unless you are VAT registered you will kiss goodbye to best part of 70K after you have done all prep needed to perform and pass Scrutineering.

This is a good setup and i guess the proof will be in the eating this season (only 21 days to go!!!- yeehaaaaa!!!!)

But as all the Honda guys know, this boat last year was exceptional. But , like the Champs, you have to know how to drive it too!

Iin answer to 'one design'. Each boat is hand built so is bound to be slightly different and need optimisation.
