Garage Clearout: boat bits for sale

I have a couple of boat bits for sale. They are on e-Bay. 1) Foot Throttle e-Bay #4625186015 and 2) Johnson/Evinrude Oil Tank #4625177276.
Does anyone have any tips on removing a Mercruiser (GM/Chevvy block) crankshaft pulley wheel? Is a special tool required? Cheers Russ

Are you reffering to the harmonic balancer?

If held on by a bolt and washer, remove bolt and washer. If by stud, remove nut and stud.

install a proper three bolt puller, that has a pad larger than the bolt/stud hole, or, use a thick piece of metal to protect the threads, and pull it off.

Hello Fred, Thanks for your advice. It looks like the previous owner had removed the bolt and washer, but didn't get round to removing the harmonic balancer. The threads look okay. I will borrow a puller and do the rest. Thanks very much. Regards Russ
