Just thought I would share that you will need the livorsi sender for the fuel gauge as the merc/quiksilver 1 doesnt work.
we found out the hard way and had to ship 1 sender all on its own which worked out at about 60 quid.

There is a difference between a US sender and an EU sender I believe. You can get them here but you will need one that is compatable with the US ohm rating I think?
I am sure Tony Davis will know what sender is needed but I am very doubtful that only Livorsi senders work with Livorsi gauges. But thanks for putting the dampers on my advert anyway Ross.

IIRC, there's 3 types of senders EU, US and "Dip Tube", and all have a different ohm rating.

The ohm rating on a dip tube is varible isnt it? So its compatable with both US & EU fuel gauges?

Don't think so.
EU & US ohms are move in different directions (ie high to low vs low to high).
Dip tube are adjustable, but not in that way - they're adjustable to only to calibrate the gauge instead of dicking around with arm length on the lever senders.

The Livorsi gauge is compatible with all senders that are US spec. The Livorsi "dip tube" sender, is like most things Livorsi, made by someone else. In this case, it's Centronics!

No, it's US only if purchased from Livorsi, but you can buy it over here for either!
