I have a slightly more standard one and it tows the race boat very well - I think your race boat may be a little big for it though!

Towing vehicle? well yes & no

Hi,

yes - the suspension setup would actually be perfect for towing since it is pretty stiff and the dampers are adjustable. But the twin plate racing clutch requires that you rev it , dump it and go! so it would not suit a towing at all as shunting around would be virtually impossible.

The original clutch it came with is the largest single plate road clutch you can fit , but even that won't handle 900Nm torque. I suppose you could fit a new one of these and then remap the engine management to limit the torque output to < 700Nm . . .

Regards Peter

Towing.....

There would be hundreds ( thousands ) used for towing over here in Australia.....even the V6 models are awsome to tow with.
